There are a several ferries that travel to the San Juan Islands from Seattle, Sidney, British Columbia, Bellingham, and from Port Angeles.

Ferry Travel from Seattle

From Seattle , there are two ferries - the Washington State Ferry and the Victoria Clipper. The Washington State Ferry System makes daily trips from Anacortes to the San Juan Islands. If you choose not not rent a car, there are several companies that run shuttle services from Seattle Takoma Airport and downtown Seattle locations to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal.

The Victoria Clipper is a foot passenger ferry that leaves daily from downtown Seattle. It runs from mid-April to mid-October.

Ferry Travel from Sidney, British Columbia, Canada

Victoria San Juan Cruises has winter passenger ferry service between Bellingham and Friday Harbor.

Foot Passenger Ferry from Port Angeles

The Victoria Express offers passenger ferry service from Port Angeles and Victoria, Vancouver Island.
